Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at support@pakwinsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used liquid concentrates, biological inoculants, and microbial products
- Products that have been exposed to heat, sunlight, or improper storage after delivery
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
